As a Jersey boy sitting in the back of the class, drawing palm trees and wearing Hawaiian shirts, you could say I was destined to find myself in a tropical climate.
Drawn to the flora, water, and vibrant beauty of the natural world, I moved to Florida 35 years ago. It was here that I found a place that felt like home—and a landscape that continues to inspire me.
Today, I find myself most content behind the lens of my camera, capturing the world around me. My photography is a reflection of that connection: an appreciation for the colors, textures, light, and quiet moments found in the tropical environment I now call home.
I would consider myself self taught in the field of fine art photography. My exposure to the medium has been through magazines and screens offering glimpses of the masterworks of the greats.
I'm a seeker of sorts and always enjoy exploring all the diverse directions photography offers. No mater what the path I always find myself returning to the simplicity and beauty of a tropical flora.
