Inspired by own experiences of dissonance, my work explres truth from a non-binary perspective, embracing duality as a space where contrast and connection coexist.  Through visual dialogues between opposing and parallel forms, I examine identity, ancestry and cultural memory.  As a Puerto Rican and Dominican artist, Iseek to strengthen the bonds between myself, new generations, and our ancestors, using art as a bridge between the past ant the present.  My practice invites the viewer to find a sense of belonging, complexity and wholeness within the multiplicity of truths.
