Terms, Conditions & Code of Conduct:

* You will be able to cancel your membership after 3 months.

* You must sign a waiver indicating you are responsible for the safety of your work and yourself

* TH will cover both worker's comp and property insurance. However, in the case that TH recovers cash through an insurance claim related to an impact on art in the gallery, the artist(s) will receive the percent commission that would have been due to the artist in case of a sale.

* You will clean after yourself.

* If your neighbor has earphones on, they should not be able to hear you speak. Keep it quiet.

* You will use headphones to listen to music.

* You will enjoy your time, and make it a joyful time for others.

* Absolutely no splashing of paint, nor the use of any technique that could damage either the artwork nor the artists.

* You may only store the piece of art that you are actively working on in the Artist Storage.

* You cannot under any circumstances share your key card with anyone else.

* Be kind to clients. We want to be the kind of place where clients can enjoy watching artists work.
